Order Processing
Thank you for choosing Gentle Paws. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery Times
We offer fully insured, tracked shipping on every order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order processing: 1–2 business days
Standard delivery: 9–12 business days after shipment
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 10–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Gentle Paws is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery at any time through our Track Your Order page on our website.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.

Shipping Insurance
All Gentle Paws packages are fully insured door-to-door. Your order is protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Gentle Paws is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make corrections before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
